Please note that the images displayed may not look as crisp and clear as they should on some screens.  Rest assured that all of our images are vector or hand drawn and saved in larger formats and are high quality for printing (300 dpi minimum).  The images for show are only 72 dpi for faster loading times. 

When you purchase an image, you will receive a .pdf file, a .tiff file and in some cases, an .svg file for your convenience.  Not all images have complete .svg cutting files due to the nature of the image itself.  The image description will state if there is such incomplete cutting files so that you may be aware prior to purchasing.  The images are saved at approximately 4 inches in height, and 300dpi.

All files are delievered in .zip format to reduce size for faster/easier file transfer.  You will receive your file(s) via payloadz usually within minutes of receipt of paypal funds. If you haven't received your files within an hour or so of payment PLEASE check your spam folder (we have noticed that this has happened on occasion with our e-mails).  If you still haven't received anything, don't hesitate to contact us and we will send them immediately via another route.

If you have any trouble with your file(s), please e-mail us as soon as possible so that we may help find a satisfactory solution.

If you wish to use our images for commercial uses (such as digital design for scrapbooking and/or production other than hand crafting), please contact us at charactercafe@gmail.com with details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Please note that we do not allow use of our images for websets and web site design.  Also, we do not allow the sale of our paper pieced images on auction sites such as ebay unless they are part of a finished product (ie. they may be used as part of scrap pages already made, but not in kits or alone).  Thank you for your support!
